All pendants come with an 18" Sterling Silver Chain. 

After purchasing a Custom Finger Print Pendant I will ship you a kit to create your impression in wax. The kit will include all of the materials as well as instructions you will need to make a successful impression. 

Included with your Kit will be a shipping envelop to mail back your impression. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS OF PENDANT BACK TO ME. Please keep track of your tracking number, I am not responsible for lost mail. There will be a fee of $25 if I have to send you a replacement kit. 

Once I receive your Impression there will be a 2-3 week lead time to get the finished product back to you.
